- identifying patterns of behaviour and how to interrupt the pattern

- building Emotional Intelligence and what Emotion Coaching is, why it's so important and how to use
- ways to explore what's underneath the behaviour and causing those challenging times
- strategies to guide difficult behaviour
- keeping our calm in the midst of an emotional storm

The facilitator -
Kate Foster, has a Bachelor of Social Science (Children & Family Studies/Psychology), and is passionate about supporting children and families with anxiety.
She has worked as a Family Counsellor for the last 7 years, and has over 27 years experience working in early childhood organisations; supporting children and families.
